Token Group is a part of a group of companies that includes multi-award television production company Guesswork Television, and the management company Creative Representation. As the biggest producer of Australian comedy, they work with clients and artists across all mediums through various expertise in legal, finance, marketing, and public relations.

Huon IT was brought in to help Token Group’s stakeholders to plan for their new server migration across Sydney and Melbourne and assess their network and application requirements. This included establishing a schedule that covered all relevant risks and other compelling events to ensure end-to-end performance continuity by implementing critical pre-production and post deployment testing. These activities required significant IT resourcing, and Huon IT responded quickly to deliver the right implementation and backing-up provision for each site. This ensured sufficient back-up coverage in case of outages to preserve data safely. Adding better wireless connectivity into their existing ICT infrastructure was another area, which Huon IT helped Token Group as part of their digitisation improvements.

• Created site-to-site backup to ensure better bandwidth usage, data security and failover system to address any infrastructural interruption to its primary system.
