The challenges
Huon IT was brought in to help Token Group’s stakeholders to plan for their new server migration across Sydney and Melbourne and assess their network and application requirements. This included establishing a schedule that covered all relevant risks and other compelling events to ensure end-to-end performance continuity by implementing critical pre-production and post deployment testing. These activities required significant IT resourcing, and Huon IT responded quickly to deliver the right implementation and backing-up provision for each site. This ensured sufficient back-up coverage in case of outages to preserve data safely.
